It’s a ship, it’s an iron, it’s weird. But the form of these vintage irons are very seductive. They feel great in the hand. They are vessel shaped, they are vagina shaped, they are heavy and dense. The four arms are waving around like barnacle filters, catching the wind and propelling the vessel forward. The animated fingers are all different, very expressive, implying a sense of motion.
